Multicolor Sprinkle Cookies

In this week’s Parsha Yosef receives a multicolored coat from his father Yaakov so the food of the week is multicolor sprinkle cookies.

Food of the week = Multicolor Sprinkle Cookies

Shabbat Shalom and B’tayavon!

Ingredients

1 egg

1/2 cup oil

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1.5 cups flour

1.5 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1.5 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except for sprinkles until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup sprinkles and mix by hand until combined.
Roll the dough into balls of around 2 Tbsp in size.
On a plate place 1/4 cup of sprinkles.
Roll the balls of dough onto the plate of rainbow sprinkles.
Place cookies into the oven on a greased pan for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
